Privacy policy

Nexus Daily Intake is a private tool Ryan Brinkman built for himself. This page says what it reads from Google, what it does with it, and how to switch it off.

Who uses it

Only Ryan Brinkman, for his own Google accounts. It is not offered to anyone else.

What it reads

Gmail and Google Calendar, read-only (the gmail.readonly and calendar.readonly scopes). It cannot send, change or delete any email or event.

What it does with it

It builds one private summary each day and emails it to Ryan. That is the only thing the data is used for.

Where the data stays

Everything is processed on Ryan's own computer. The data is not shared, not sold, and not used for advertising. The sign-in tokens Google issues are stored encrypted on that computer.

Google API Services User Data Policy

Nexus Daily Intake's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Turning it off

Access can be removed at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions. Questions go to contact@brinkmandynamics.com.
